The sling turning device realizes intelligent control operation of the conveyor through an electric lifting system and a rotating drive mechanism. During the lifting stage, the device clamps the conveyor body with a high-strength TEXTILE sling, and uses a synchronous hoisting mechanism to vertically lift the equipment to a preset height; then the turntable mechanism driven by the bottom slewing bearing or servo motor is started, driving the conveyor to rotate 0-180° accurately along the central axis. During the process, the PLC control system coordinates the timing of lifting and rotation to ensure the stability of the equipment during spatial posture conversion, and finally completes the directional flipping and station adjustment of the conveyor in three-dimensional space, effectively solving the space limitation problem of traditional conveying systems in scenes such as material steering and multi-layer docking.
